Talent Acquisition manager (Shanghai)

Location: Shanghai
• Maintain a regular dialogue with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of current and future recruitment needs
• Translate new ideas into projects to be implemented locally
• Based on business needs, strong partnership with line managers to establish and maintain proactive Talent Pools for long-term strategic talent pipelining
• Develop appropriate channels and external events to roll out employer branding

Desired Skills and Experience
• At least 5 years of Talent acquisition experience
• Experience of working with multinational companies.
• Marketing/advertisement agency working experience preferred
• Headhunting working experience preferred
• Proven track record in attraction talents.
• Proven track record in leading HR Recruiting process improvements.
• Experience working in a matrix structure highly desirable
• Result-orientation
• Strong ownership
• Relevant educational qualifications
• Fluent in English and Chinese

Marketing Manager/Sr.Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities
1. Formulate and develop a marketing plan to promote brand awareness and better Position Company as a leading communications marketing firm
2. Work with China recruiting team to build brand awareness through campus recruitment & social media to attract talents
3. Manage online presence including China website, Weibo, WeChat & other social media outlets
4. Maintain a good relationship with media contacts
5. Maintain Clients/Credential /Case study/vendor’s data base to be updated
6. Support on business development as required
7. Lead & coordinate awards application programs and report the status on quarterly basis
8. Evaluate & analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities, programs ,associations, media investment on quarterly basis
9. Manage company newsletter
10. Other duties assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements
• Degree holder in marketing or business related disciplines
• Over 5 years managerial experience in marketing
• Good planning & analytical skills , problem-solving
• Proactive with strong interpersonal communication skill
• Excellent in written & spoken in Mandarin and English
• PR or Marketing firm experience preferred
• Result driven
